Who are we?

The Bushmen Rod Manning and Les Walsh are prominent figures in the Australian opal mining community, known for their role in the popular television series Outback Opal Hunters. Since joining the show in its fourth season, Rod and Les have become a key member of “The Bushmen,” a mining crew that has captivated audiences with their adventurous pursuits and challenges. Their contributions to the tv series and the opal mining industry have made them recognizable worldwide. Rod also has his own show with fellow opal miner James J.C Caruana called Red Dirt Road Trip.
